Steps
01.Preparation
Our specialists come to your location to measure it and to compare received data to the information specified in the documentation. Then our experts conduct architectural and technical inspection of the premises and its engineering networks, assess the level of lighting and explore the possibility of structural changes in the planning.
02.Planning and concept creation
Based on the collected data, our architects and designers create general concept of your space, prepare references, collect additional information which become a foundation for the final design.
03.Creating а 3D render
Once the planning is approved, our team creates a photorealistic 3D rendering that lets you see what your space and materials will look like when construction is complete.
04.Preparation of working documentation
When preliminary stages are approved, our team starts the development, verification and transfer of the architectural and engineering drawings necessary for the beginning of construction work. We select materials and furniture that have been approved in 3D visualization and, if necessary, coordinate the project with the landlord.
05.Architectural supervision
During the construction works, leading architects of our company regularly come to the location and monitor the work of contractors to ensure that the work is done according to drawings and visualizations, as well as to solve non-standard situations to get a high quality implementation.
